Investigators with the Waupaca County Sheriff's Department say 29 year old Heather Werth of Clintonville was killed in a two vehicle car accident on Saturday just before noon.
The crash happened on Hwy 22 near Fuhs Rd. in the Township of Little Wolf.
Investigators say the woman was driving Northbound when she crossed the center-line and collided head on with a pick up truck.
The driver of the truck a 23 year old Manawa man suffered non life threatening injuries and was transported to New London Family Medical Center.
No further details have been released about the crash.
