Despite the dreary conditions Saturday, dozens of bikers hit the trails in Stevens Point to raise money for a worthy cause.
The Portage County Big Brothers and Big Sisters held their fifth annual 'Bike for Kids' day on the Green Circle Trail in Point.
Although organizers say this wasn't the best turnout in the event's history, they still expect to make nearly $13,000 for their program.
"Overall, I think we still have over 100 people, and a good turnout. A lot of people socializing and having fun here today," said Sue Martens of the Portage County Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
Martens says the bike ride is one of the Big Brothers, Big Sisters' largest fundraisers.
