Rich Johnson is co-director of the Junction City Boys and Girls Club. Monday he was attempting to take 333 laps around Junction City Park on his bike, which equals about 200 miles.
As part of the ride, the Boys and Girls Club is collecting pledges and putting on a hot dog roast to raise money for the club.
It's the third year for the ride.
"Well, first year we made $700; that was when we originally opened the Boys and Girls Club. Last year we only made about $100. I'd still like to make about $500."
