Singing for almighty, the elderly, and doing it all to an Olympic theme - it might sound a little strange, but that's exactly what a group of kids in Tomahawk were doing Friday.

Second through eighth graders in the vacation bible school were singing for the residents at the Golden Age Nursing Home in Tomahawk.

Students from the school sing at the home every year. This year, their theme was 'Run for the Prize.’

"We have an Olympic theme, since it's an Olympic year, and just focus on running our spiritual race of faith," said Pastor Mark Gass.

Exactly 117 kids from the school memorized five songs this week to perform today.
