Wisconsin is sending 87 delegates and 13 alternates to the Democratic National Convention in Boston. One of those is U.W. Marathon County zoology professor Ned Grossnickle.
This won't be his first national convention, but it will be the first time he's going as a delegate.
"Senator Kerry's acceptance speech is the thing I'd like to hear the most and John Edwards, those should be outstanding speeches."
The convention begins next Monday and Kerry is expected to make his acceptance speech that Thursday.
