As the thermometer continues to rise, people of all ages enjoyed themselves outside on this gorgeous day.
Many of them took advantage of Family Fest at Granite Peak in Rib Mountain.
Despite the lack of white stuff on the ground, that hasn't stopped people from coming out to Granite Peak to get in a little skiing and snowboarding.
"We wanted to get some good weather. Good time for a geographical escape. We've been sick of the clouds and the fog and the rain and we picked a perfect day to come out and do some skiing. Perfect weather. Open hills," Greg Schierl of Appleton said.
Sunday's weather was indeed perfect, as sunny skies helped temperatures reach 60 degrees.
The above-average temperatures brought a lot of families to the slopes.
"You get a bluebird day like this, people love coming out. Being able to go out on the front deck and enjoy the sun. Riding the lifts, you can work on your face tan a little bit as you go up the lifts. And like I said earlier, the snow is soft. I think spring skiing, you get some of the best skiing of the season," Stu Kulpinski, a member of Uphill Operations at Granite Peak said.
"A lot of people, they like to get all geared up and everything. Get all their stuff on and it really kinda slows them down, so to be out here with just a sweater on, it feels really cool," Anne VanDerLinden of Appleton.
While skiing and snowboarding in gorgeous weather can have its advntages, there are disadvantages as well.
"The toughest part is convincing people we really do make that much snow that we're able to stay open and be 100% open with our lifts running and going this late into the season," Kulpinski said.
Granite Peak is done making snow for the season, and depending on the weather, they will close on April 4th.
