Spring isn't even here yet and drivers are already feeling pain at the pump. Gas prices typically climb as summer approaches, but this year, we could see a fifty cent increase by next month.
Prices rose about a dime over the last two weeks to a national average of $2.73 per gallon of unleaded regular. The statewide average of $2.77 a gallon, almost eighty cents more than a year ago.
Experts say the anticipation of more driving in the summer not just in the U.S., but all over the world is driving up the price.

Hopefully drivers will take this as an opportunity to conserve rather than to complain they are denied the right to drive anywhere and everywhere...
