Twenty-eight-year-old Ge Moua of Wausau is charged with three counts of first degree sexual assault of a child and one of second degree.
According to the criminal complaint, an 11-year-old girl and 16-year-old girl told police Moua inappropriately touched them several times. The 16-year-old told police one of those encounters took place at the Boys and Girls Club of Wausau, where Moua used to work.
The director of the Boys and Girls Club told us a thorough background check was done on Moua. When they did that background check, they found Moua had pled guilty to a sexual assault charge 20 years ago, but the director says they still felt comfortable hiring him.
