The man accused of selling drugs to a Marathon County man who overdosed could be charged with homicide.

19-year-old Charles Tabaka was found dead on Butternut Road in the town of Wausau Sunday morning.

The Marathon County Sheriff's Department says they believe 34-year-old Larry Pirillo of Wausau supplied the eight methadone pills Tabaka took Saturday night, as well as the other one and a-half or two he snorted.

When detectives asked Pirillo in an interview if he felt responsible for Tabaka's death, the police report shows he said, "Yeah, I do because I disburse it to someone and they then disburse it to that person. So yeah, I basically feel like s--- because I feel like I'm the one that did it."

He's due in court next week.
