You could see planes from World War II to the war in Iraq today in Stevens Point.

Dozens of planes, helicopters and other military and rescue vehicles were displayed on the tarmac at the Stevens Point Airport for the Eighth Annual Community Air Show.

Pilots were on hand to talk about their aircraft, including two A-10 pilots whose planes have been instrumental in Iraq.

"They're very active in our present military arsenal, their mission is close in air to ground support," said Jim Deweerd, Air show Director.

Aside from the planes, there was also a world war two display complete with re-enactors and their vehicles.
