That may be part of the reason one state senator says finding affordable healthcare for its workers is the biggest issue facing the state of Wisconsin.
State Senator Russ Decker says he has a plan to provide every employee working in Wisconsin with coverage they can afford.
"I think we gotta reform the system right now. The status quo is not working when in comes to cost containing health care," said Sen. Russ Decker, (D) Weston.
Decker says his plan will use a ten-member, governor-appointed panel to find the best possible plan for every worker in the Badger State.
