A Weston woman will no longer be working at a Rothschild R-Store, after police say she faked a robbery there on Sunday.
20-year-old Jolene Clay is charged with party to theft and obstructing an officer.
If convicted, she could spend up to 18 months behind bars.
Clay is the second person to be charged in connection to the alleged robbery at the R-Store on Grand Avenue.
Although court documents show she admitted to police she staged a robbery with a friend, Clay pleaded not guilty today.
Investigators say Clay's friend, Emily Yarie, grabbed $1,000 dollars and some cigarettes while Clay was in the store's bathroom.
They later found the surveillance cameras were shut off before the alleged robbery, leading police to believe it was all staged.
But that didn't stop Clay from calling 911.
About three minutes later, police arrived to help clay.
Today, a judge ordered she pay a $500 dollar signature bond, not to step foot into the Rothschild R-Store, or have contact with Emily Yarie.
Yesterday, Yarie also entered a not guilty plea to theft charges, and was given a $500 dollar bond - she posted that and is out on bond.
Both women are expected back in court in January.

Once again i say...nobody knows what really happened until their court dates are done...I highly doubt that you can manipulate someone into robbing a store...a person knows right from wrong and commiting a felony isnt something you can just convince someone to do..
