They're concrete and stone features that compliment your living landscape. Hardscaping is catching on and the newest products will match with any decor.
"The hardscape products add a permanent value to your home," says Jim Langkamp, County Materials Sales Representative, "once you put them in, you'll have them for a long, long time with no maintenance needed."
Interlocking pavers and patio products are available in nearly any color blend. County Materials offers 12 different color varieties. Forget plain old red brick, the market now offers colors like Driftwood and Desert Sand.
"We have had to come up with products that match the presentations of our builders," says Langkamp.
Langkamp says homeowners often come up with the designs themselves after buying the products. The do it yourselfer may need heavy equipment for a proper installation but it's quite possible to do your own work.
One of the most popular paver products is called "tumbled" meaning that is worn down and roughed up to appear older.
