MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- The great-grandson of the Miller Brewing Co. founder has announced he will run for governor as a Democrat.
Tim John is owner and president of the Milwaukee-based Christian printing company Blue Mound Graphics. He's also the great-grandson of Frederick J. Miller.
John announced his candidacy Friday. In a news release, John said his first priority as governor would be reducing the state's unemployment.
Already in the race seeking the Democratic nomination are Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and 18-year-old Jared Gary Christiansen.
Republicans in the running include Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker and former U.S. Rep. Mark Neumann.

What? A Democrat who runs a Christian business? How will the birthers/teabaggers handle this? He can't even be called a Socialist either since he's a Capitalist. And one of the other Democrats recently saved a baby and an old lady from an attacker. The Wisconsin Republican Party will implode from not being able to slander these two like they do to everyone else. Imagine the Republicans running a clean, non-fearmongering campaign for once. I'm sure that Karl Rove and Dick Morris will be brought in to assist.
