If you think there are parking problems downtown Wausau, relief is officially on its way.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held Monday afternoon for a new $17 million parking ramp on Jefferson Street.
Following the theme, "Building for the Future," children with shovels and dump trucks actually did the honor of kicking off the project.
The 650-stall ramp with ground floor retail space is scheduled to be complete by next September.
