If you'd like to outfit your family in life jackets, but are having some trouble affording it, the Wausau-Area Safe Kids Program has the solution for you.
They'll be handing out free life jackets at three area clinics starting Monday while supplies last.
"Any of the families can come to the clinics and get the life jackets for the free. I think we have 200 that we're giving out infant and toddler sizes," said Michelle Armstrong with the Wausau-Area Safe Kids coordinator.
Families can pick up the free life jackets at Bridge Community Healthcare, Marshfield Clinic Pediatrics and Community Health Care Pediatrics.
