Every time you drive past Cedar Creek, something new seems to be going up, and one expert says that will not be changing anytime soon.
Developer Jim Jacobson says the area's rapidly increasing traffic is behind the desire to build there.
According to a 1999 study, 5,800 cars came into the Cedar Creek Mall per day. Now, that number has reached more than 20,000 a day.
"And that was taken before the Gander Mountain, Harley and the Lodge was even open, so you can imagine much more it's bringing in," said Jacobson.
Jacobson says he hopes to continue bringing new stores into the area. Right now, he's talking with an undisclosed restaurant, bar and retail businesses.
