A father and his two young children are dead, in what appears to be a murder suicide case.
NewsChannel 7 has just learned police did find a gun at the scene of the crime - a home on the Northeast side of Marshfield.
Marshfield Police Chief Joe Stroik tells us 54-year old Marc Tishim called 911 around 10:15 p.m. Sunday night (4/15) to say his kids were gone and he would soon follow them.
Police say they rushed to the home - where they found a little girl and boy dead... along with Tishim who police confirm died of a self inflicted wounds.
Although they did find a gun at the scene - they haven't specifically said if it was the weapon used.
Chief Stroik is also releasing the names of the victims. They are Tishim's two children, his 8-year-old daughter, Caiden, and 4-year-old son Darien.
Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield is confirming Tishim worked there as a Spirit Medical Transportation nurse.
