Wausau Alderman Thomas Miller has plead not guilty to a charge of fleeing an officer. He has also waived his preliminary hearing.
Miller was arrested for OWI in October. Police say he admitted to drinking 6 to 7 beers while watching a Packers game before he drove home.
Police say they noticed Miller swerving near Merrill Ave., but when they tried to pull him over, he kept driving.
