An attempted murder suspect from the Twin Cities is in custody in Marathon County on a $250,000 cash bond.

An attempted murder suspect from the Twin Cities is in custody in Marathon County on a $250,000 cash bond.
Bond was set today in Marathon County Court.
Sheriff's deputies say 34-year old Yer Thao was pulled over on southbound Highway 51 near NN.
Authorities are waiting to get a formal notice from Minnesota on when Thao will be sent back to the state.
He's wanted for questioning in an attempted homicide in Minnesota.
Authorities in Hennepin County, Minnesota, which is the Minneapolis area, called Marathon County at about 2 a.m. to give them the heads up Thao may be headed this way.
A deputy spotted his vehicle around 3 a.m.
