IRS Looking For nearly 1,000 People Who Have Refund Checks
The IRS is looking for 971 Wisconsin taxpayers who have refund checks waiting for them.

The IRS is looking for 971 Wisconsin taxpayers who have refund checks waiting for them.
According to a press release, the refunds total $858,206.
Refund checks are normally mailed to the person's address, but when they change their address, the checks are sent back.
These checks average about $886.
They can be sent to you, by simply updating your address.
You can claim your fund by heading to IRS.gov, or you can call 1-800-829-1954.
You will need your social security number available, the filing status and the amount of your 2008 refund.
