JUNEAU — A 23-year-old Beaver Dam man who dated a 14-year-old girl for two years prior to being arrested for getting her pregnant is going to prison.
During a sentencing hearing on Oct. 30, Dodge County Circuit Court Judge Andrew Bissonnette sentenced Cristobel Ordonez to three years in prison on a felony charge of third degree sexual assault.
The Beaver Dam man was initially charged with sexual assault of a child under the age of 16. Ordonez was also ordered to serve five years of supervision upon his release from prison.
While the mother of the child, now 16, would not identify Ordonez as the father of her child, a DNA test confirmed his paternity, according to the criminal complaint.
