The melting snow along with rain in the forecast could cause some problems for home and business owners along area rivers.
If the right combination of conditions take place this weekend, several area rivers are in danger of flooding.
They include the Eau Plaine River and Reservoir west of Mosinee and the Eau Claire River east of Wausau.
