According to a press release from Chief David Sonntag, the theft happened at a Phillips business at about 9am Wednesday. The release does not say which business. It also does not say how the money bag was stolen or how much cash it contained.
The persons of interest were driving a cream colored Chrysler C300 with a sun roof. The license plate number is unknown, but could be from Minnesota or Michigan. The vehicle was last seen traveling north on Highway 13 in the City of Phillips.
