It was closer than a lot of people expected, but Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry is the winner in the Wisconsin presidential primary.
North Carolina Sen. John Edwards came in a close second and Howard Dean's campaign may be on its last legs.
Kerry took 40-percent of the vote.
Edwards 34-percent and dean was a distant third with 18-percent.
Kerry's now won 15 of 17 primary contests so far.
