Then come to Rusch Elementary from 4pm-7pm for a Costume Party Dance complete with a DJ. Take a Haunted Wagon Ride through the Residential Historical District for a small fee. Narrators will dare to speak of Portage's ghostly legends while you are riding. Some of the ghosts from the tales may even make an appearance!
