Hundreds of golfers had tee times in Wausau Saturday morning despite the wintry weather.
They were all part of the ninth annual ice tee classic, event that benefits the neighbor's place.
"We just have holes augered out and we have people going around and playing golf with tennis balls and using whatever they want as a club," said Tom Rau, Ice Tee Classic.
County Market, the U.S. Navy and Wausau Benefits were among the sponsors at this year's event.
Neighbor's place is a charity organization that helps the local food pantry and activities like after-school programs.
