A Weston man convicted in gang shooting has been sentenced to 10 years probation. Nineteen-year-old Andy Moua was found guilty of two counts of party to reckless injury.
Authorities say he didn't fire the shots, but was part of a gang related shooting at a Wausau home in June 2002. Two people were hurt in the incident.
Judge Dorothy Bain said Moua was a good candidate for probation instead of prison.
During his time in jail, he's earned his high school diploma and has enrolled in technical college.
