Preparing for the worst is what a Wausau church was teaching people Saturday.
The Church of Latter Day Saints in Rib Mountain had booths set up giving people tips on everything from storing extra food to performing CPR.
"We have people here today from the Red Cross and local agencies helping to instruct us how we might be able to help participate, if disasters would take place," said Scott Cunningham, Latter Day Saints Stake President.
Cunningham says everyone should have a 72-hour disaster kit complete with food, flashlights and water in case of an emergency of any type, including power outages, storms and terrorist attacks.
