Moving day is almost here for some people in downtown Wausau.
They'll be calling townhouses in the old Heinemen building home, and the landlords say it's affordable housing, which is part of a loan deal with the city.
"And that's one of the reasons why our rent is low, because we have this agreement with the city, offered at $695 and (the rent's) froze for about a five-year period," said Corleen O'Malley, Compass Properties.
The town homes are already full of tenants for the first year.
