25-year-old Clinton Graveen will not stand trial for the 2008 beating death of a man in Vilas County. Graveen was scheduled to be tried for a First Degree Reckless Homicide charge Wednesday, but he reached a plea deal with prosecutors.
According to court records, Graveen plead no contest to a reduced charge of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. He was found guilty.
He's scheduled to be sentenced in November.
Authorities say Graveen and Brian Cross beat to death 37-year-old John Kintop outside a Lac Du Flambeau bar.
Cross pleaded no contest to recklessly endangering safety in a plea deal and was sentenced to five years in prison.
