Arlo Tratz pleaded not guilty on charges of armed robbery, possession of a bulletproof vest, and stealing a vehicle. The Marathon County assistant District Attorney says while he expected the plea, it doesn't change who he feels is responsible for the robbery.
"We brought the charges cause we believe that he did those three crimes and we want him to be held accountable and we want the public to be protected so this doesn't happen again," says assistant district attorney, Ken Heimerman.
The judge will now set a pre-trial conference to discuss the next steps of the case.
