Investigators say Chang was driving drunk when his car rolled over on a road off County Z in the Town of Plover, Near Birnamwood. Chang and his 4-year-old nephew were transported to the hospital.
The boy was still in the hospital as of Tuesday afternoon.
Chang is due back in court for a preliminary hearing later this month.
