UPDATE: Uncle Charged in Crash that Injured His 4-Year-Old Nephew
A lieutenant from the sheriff's department says a 4-year-old boy remains in the hospital on Tuesday morning after a one-vehicle rollover crash in eastern Marathon County.

23-year-old Dang Chang is charged with injury to a child by intoxicated use of a vehicle. The Wausau man appeared in Marathon County Court Tuesday.
Investigators say Chang was driving drunk when his car rolled over on a road off County Z in the Town of Plover, Near Birnamwood. Chang and his 4-year-old nephew were transported to the hospital.
The boy was still in the hospital as of Tuesday afternoon.
Chang is due back in court for a preliminary hearing later this month.
