Hodagers Want Seats at the Front

After 25 years, the Hodag Country Music Festival has plenty of traditions, but one of the most important is the annual chair line.

Fans line up a day or two in advance to place their lawn chairs at the front of the stage. When the signal is given, the line moves forward at a fast walk as everybody moves to get the best seat.

Security guards constantly tell people to slow down as they get to the front of the stage and set up their seat for the weekend.

Every thing goes smoothly, and fans only have a few more hours to wait before the music begins.
