Road Employee Killed by Vehicle Near Colby
A road department employee for the town of Hull in Marathon County was killed this morning after he was hit by a vehicle.

A road department employee for the town of Hull in Marathon County was killed this morning after he was hit by a vehicle.
The Marathon County Sheriff's Department says it happened outside of Colby at about 7 a.m. on Huckleberry Road near Maple Road as the man got out of his vehicle.
While he was bent over to look at something on the ground, he was struck by a vehicle driven by an 18-year-old woman.
Authorities have not released his name or age, but they say they believe he's approximately 36.
The crash remains under investigation.
