Authorities: Driver Facing Charges After Alledgedly Smashing Into Vilas County Restaurant
A driver is facing several charges after alledgedly smashing into a Vilas County restaurant.

A driver is facing several charges after alledgedly smashing into a Vilas County restaurant.
The Sheriff's Department says it happened at 2 a.m. at Smokey's Restaurant in Manitowish Waters.
A Lieutenant says both the driver and passenger were taken to a local hospital with injuries.
The passenger was later transported to Saint Joseph's in Marshfield.
The driver was treated and arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence and causing great bodily harm by recklessly driving.
No names are being released at this time and the crash remains under investigation.
