The weather here is allowing people at the Hodag Country Music Festival to continue to have a good time this weekend.
But with warm temperatures, there's always a concern for the health and well being of both the fans and the entertainers
One of the most common worries for emergency personnel is making sure no one gets dehydrated.
That becomes a bigger concern when people begin to consume large amounts of alcohol and caffeine.
Cathy Stange, The EMS coordinator for the event, says that attendees have learned over the years to better hydrate themselves before and during the festival.
But there are always a few cases that cross the line.
Those who drink too much alcohol are usually recommended by medical officials to be transported to a hospital, where they can get the proper care they need. She says keeping everyone in good health while having a good time is a group effort.
"We volunteer our time to come in and do this and it's a worthwhile effort, people appreciate us, because of what we are doing, and that's because we are here for them," said Stange. "We're doing basically the same thing we would do on a regular job, whether we are EMTS or Paramedics."
Medical officials also recommend spectators use sunscreen so they don't get sun burned.
The EMS coordinator says that there have been a few people complaining of chest pain and asking for Band-Aids for blisters at this years event.
