It looks like Linda Dietze will reach a plea deal with prosecutors. Portage County's District Attorney says a plea hearing for Dietze has been scheduled for July 17th. No details were released on the possible deal.
The 25-year-old Plover woman, and two other people are charged with attempted homicide for an alleged murder for hire plot in Stevens Point last November.
Police say Dietze was hired by Carla Glodowski and Carlos Cummings to shoot Carla's husband James. James was wounded, but survived the shooting.
Carla Glodowski is set to go to trial in November. Carlos Cummings has a motion hearing set for September.
