The Grand Rapids Police Department says four people have been cited with obstructing an officer, trespassing, and damage to property after campers, houses, vehicles, stop signs and speed limit signs were spray painted last month.
The vandalism occurred on June 17 from the intersection of 28th Street and Griffith Avenue all the way to 23rd Street and Towline.
A Sergeant with the Grand Rapids Police Department say the suspects' names will not be released.
