Many children in Stevens Point are ending their day with a sugar rush after attending the city's annual parade.
For eight years the Stevens Point Association of Downtown Businesses has sponsored the event to help celebrate our nation's birthday.
This year's parade was themed 'Stay True to the Red, White and Blue', featuring floats decorated in our nations colors.
Kids lined the streets with bags hoping to fill them with goodies. While many local veteran's walked in the parade to show their love for their country.
