According to the Price County Sheriff's Department the missing 47-year-old Phillips man is in custody pending charges of Entering a Locked Building.

Sheriff Wallace Krenzke says the Phillips man, who had been missing since Saturday, was found around 2:00 a.m. Monday morning. The Sheriff would not go into further details of the charges, just saying that the 47-year-old is awaiting his arraignment this afternoon.

More than a dozen agencies scoured an area along the Elk River in Price County in search of the man.

Authorities with the Price County Sheriff’s Department say he was last seen Saturday at 5:30 p.m. leaving a relative’s residence to go fishing along the Elk River.

The man was reported missing just before 1:00 a.m. Sunday.

The Phillips, Kennan, Catawba, Prentice, Fifield, and Park Falls Fire Departments, the Phillips Ambulance Service, the Ashland County Butternut Dive Team, the Park Falls and Phillips Police Departments, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Vilas County Search & Rescue, Head Waters Search & Rescue Dog Unit and Canine Emergency Response Team all helped with the search.

As the election draws ever closer, here is hoping people realize what Wally really is like. Ask anyone who has had to be in his presence exactly how dumb, ill mannered, and stupid he is. His "real" office is a bar, and his family live under a rule of a madman who is power hungry.He bends the law to suit himself. The search for the man shows how he is not even educated enough to do the job he has been granted. Vote him out of office so Price County residents can feel safe once again. Freedom of speech belongs to everyone. I don't try to shout people out by calling them what they really are like. I have paid for my freedom, as well as others.

After Wally gets re elected I hope you all eat crow, and stop this childish foolish bad mouthing. I am done wasting my time on mentally retarded people like Tax payer and vote out Wally. tax payer, yes sometimes I type a little too fast and I make spelling errors, sorry I am human on my spelling. So I give you credit, your aren't so stupid, you can spell. Well the is all the credit you will get from me. You sound just like Jeff Hein, or his uncontrolling witch of a wife. By the way that article she wrote in the Bee, really made herself look really retarded. I just made Wally look really good. I wish I was related to Wally, he has a great family. and for my high blood pressure, I run 4 miles in the morning and 4 miles in the evening, My health is GREAT! And for freedom of speech, yes I agree, so I will say one thing before I log off: George, wanted his wife dead and now she is and now he can live his life happy and burden free. he should have been arrested on neglect and maybe murder. becaue she should have NEVER been left alone, and he knew she was missing but waited sooooooo many hours to call it in knowing she would run and hide and he knew she would die.
