20-year-old Heather Ward of Rhinelander will spend 5-years in prison and 5-on extended supervision.
A court spokeswoman says she was sentenced Friday morning in Lincoln County. Judge Glenn Hartley passed the sentenced.
In March, Ward pleaded no contest to party to felony murder in the death of Tracy Maurer of Tomahawk.
Investigators say Ward and 17-year-old Katie Decker helped Seth Louis break into 42-year-old Maurer's home in April of 2007.
Decker pleaded no contest to recklessly endangering safety in April and was sentenced to 5-years probation.
Louis pleaded guilty to stabbing and killing Mauer during the break-in. He's serving a life prison sentence with a chance at parole after 48-years and 9-months.
