Investigators say Vissers was northbound on Business Highway 51 near West Military Rd. in Rothschild, when his pick-up truck crossed the center line, hitting a motorcycle head-on.
It happened at about 9:30 pm Saturday.
The assistant medical examiner pronounced the driver of the motorcycle, 41-year old Gregory Davis of Oshkosh, dead at the scene.
Vissers is currently being held on a $7500 cash bond. He's expected back in court August sixth for a preliminary hearing.
