The travel insurance company was recently named as one of the top 100 companies for working mothers in the country. The list is printed in the October issue of Working Mother magazine.
The company's flexible schedule arrangements along with their on-site childcare center makes them stand out from other companies. Employees are honored to be on the list.
"We're thrilled it's a great honor and it's something we've known about for a long time," says public relations representative Carol Mueller.
And if moms can't find time to get away from their office, Noel Group even has nanny-cams placed around the childcare center, so moms and dads can monitor their little ones during the work day.
