After hours of witness testimony, a judge decided there's enough evidence against four suspects in a Wausau gang shooting to go to trial.

So far five people are in custody for the Wausau Shooting June 9. According to court documents, the suspects drove up to a rival gang house. Words were exchanged, then shots were fired. Two people were shot but no one was killed.

Teng Her testified for the prosecution but he's also a defendant in the case. He faces the same charges as the other suspects, two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree intentional homicide. But the District attorney granted Teng Her use immunity for his testimony. That means anything he said in court cannot be held against him at trial, but he still will be prosecuted.

The suspects will be back in court later this month to enter pleas. There's no word if they'll be tried separately or kept together.
