A Langlade county snowmobile trail is clear today after a woman's car became stuck there earlier this week.
Police say the Laona bound woman chose to listen to her
GPS unit instead of relying on signs on the road.
Authorities say the Oshkosh woman drove for miles before finally discovering the wrong turn.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says the information you receive from the unit may not always be the most up-to-date, especially considering all of the road improvements in the area.
A representative from Garmin says it's important to always check for updates.
The company says maps for their systems are updated four times every year.
