Brayton Daupert has been through three brain surgeries as a result of his rare neurological disorder, Rasmussen's Encephalitis.
The right side of Brayton's body is paralyzed and he only has half of his vision in both eyes. The neighbors on Carnation Ave. in Rib Mountain were so moved by this five-year-old's courage that they raised money for him at their Block Party.
Friday the neighbors presented Brayton's mom, Carin Jaeks, a check for $1,500. Carin says they'll use the money on a special stroller to help Brayton get around.
