With a hot sticky Saturday underway, the easiest way to stay cool was to head for water. For those without a boat, that meant the Weston Aquatic Center.
Assistant Manager Crystal Imhoff says people were lined up to get in when the center opened at 11 a.m.
The majority of the swimmers were parents with small kids.
Imhoff says the center's slides and other toys are a big attraction for younger kids.
