The governor has disclosed over the last two weeks a series of vetoes he plans to make, but he's waited to release most of the details until signing the budget.
He also hasn't said for sure whether he will sign a provision that would strictly limit the property taxes local governments and schools assess. But he's given several indications that he strongly opposes the proposal.
Republicans inserted the provision in the state budget before the Legislature approved it last month.
They continue to press the governor to sign the limits, saying Wisconsin residents cannot afford to see their property taxes increase.
