The building that used to house County Market has been sold to an outside investor. The investor is currently working with a local realtor and they're looking at three possible tenants.
The building will be transformed into a lifestyle retail center that provides convenient shopping for residents. Although they're close to an agreement, Target and County Market still have to approve the building's future tenant.
